Join other #HealthcareHeroes in Scotland’s largest running event. Whether you choose the 5K, 10K, Relay, Half or Full Marathon, this iconic event will take you around some of Edinburgh’s stunning scenery with several hundred supporters cheering you on. NHS Big Tea – 5 July 2020
You can have a Big Tea party at school, college, university, at work, in your community or at home – everyone can get involved. It’s a great excuse to get together and have some tea and cake! We can send you balloons, downloadable invitations and posters: www.nhsbigtea.co.uk

This beautiful, flat and scenic route takes you along East Lothian’s scenic Golf Coast. You could aim for a personal best time in the 10K or Half Marathon.
