Bids to the Elsie Inglis Grant are currently closed.

NHS Lothian are reviewing related processes and allocation criteria, while waiting on the new funding allocation in the new Financial Year.

NHS Lothian will make an announcement on the Intranet when the fund is open for applications.

Programme Details

The award scheme (to be known as “the Elsies”) is funded by ELHF and run by NHS Lothian.  It will help fund individual NHS Lothian staff in developing their potential through learning, by providing limited grant support to attend conferences, take part in a training course or seminar.

The awards can be for between £100 and £500 and are simple to apply for at any time. Please note that awards must be used within a 4 month period, from the time of successful notification.

Open to NHS Lothian employees only, applications can be made by completing and submitting the application form which will be assessed through an assessment criteria.
