Edinburgh and Lothians Health Foundation’s popular Rainbow Walk is back for a second year
April 15, 2021

Edinburgh and Lothian’s Health Foundation, the official charity partner of NHS Lothian, has re-launched their fun and colourful Rainbow Walk to help inject a bit of colour during family walks.

Launched today (15 April), the Rainbow Walk invites families to raise money for inspiring and life changing project supported by the charity, by collecting different colours of the Rainbow while out on walks. This can be through taking photos, drawings or writing lists of items they have seen in the colours they have chosen to collect. Families who register for the walk will also receive a downloadable pack with an activity sheet and certificate that children can colour in and complete with all the colours they have collected.

The walk can be completed individually as a family, or as a competition between households, providing a fun distraction and focus for children while also helping them to keep active.
