Arts Participation & Engagement Manager

November 8, 2018

Please note this  application process is now closed. Thank you.

We’re seeking a passionate individual with good people skills, experience in participatory arts and an interest in Arts and Health!

Edinburgh & Lothian Health Foundation (ELHF) Trustees wish to appoint a contracted arts manager to work closely with the ELHF Arts Manager in developing participatory, live arts and engagement opportunities as part of the wider ELHF Arts in Health and Wellbeing Strategy.

Building on existing activity, the contracted manager will develop, manage and support participatory and live arts activities across NHS Lothian sites, as well as develop arts engagement with staff, patients and visitors in the wider ELHF arts programme through marketing and participatory projects.

It is envisaged that through partnerships with NHSL staff, existing activity providers and new cultural organisations, an increased and diversified programme of workshops and performances will benefit patients across NHS Lothian. Selected participatory projects and a small scale marketing programme will develop engagement with and a sense of ownership in NHS staff, patients and visitors to the ELHF arts programme.

Please email Elaine Blaney at with any queries.

Closing 9am Monday 26th November 2018
