The Foundation is committed to transparency.
As well as publishing our Trustees’ Annual Report and Financial Statements on our website, we are pleased to publish our two key governance documents, our Governing Document and Charter.
The Foundation’s Governing Document is the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978 and the Foundation’s Charter supplements the Governing Document and is updated regularly
During their induction to the Foundation, delivered by the Foundation Director, Trustees also receive a number of additional policy documents in order to inform and guide them in their role. These documents are updated regularly.
