We are asking the Foundation for support to develop and deliver a two-year Programme aimed at improving the mental and emotional health of transgender people in Lothian. Over the course of the two years this Programme will provide one-to-one and/or group support to around 200 transgender people. The proposed Programme will consists of a number of interlinked initiatives. Most of the 200 beneficiaries will, over time, link into a number of different elements of the Trans Programme, accessed tailored one-to-one support, information sessions and group and peer support.
