Our services focus on early intervention, reducing risk factors (preventative/harm reduction with an emphasis on informed choices); help to improve protective factors of health and wellbeing (emotional, physical and mental) and help young people to be in control of their lives by developing capabilities. We are constantly evaluating our projects and as a result of these evaluations we would like to develop our projects to further improve the outcomes and reduce health inequalities for young people in the area. The anticipated outcomes of our projects are;
- Outcome 1: Young people will gain increased confidence and self-esteem, cooperation and communication skills and positive behaviour.
- Outcome 2: Young people have increased awareness and knowledge regarding issues which affect their lives, so that they can make informed choices.
- Outcome 3: More young people get the support they need.
